OUR PUPPIES

Here at Hainan's MAS we aim to breed beautiful loving dogs that will both excel in dog sport, as well as be perfect companions in a family home.
We care exceedingly about our puppies' initial start to life. We use puppy culture methods, with early neurological stimulation from their first week. They are exposed to everyday sights, sounds, smells and surfaces through living in our family home and become accustomed to all manner of household appliances.
We begin crate training and our puppies spend time individually away from their litter mates, as well as experience baths and travel. Plus, we have lakes in the house grounds, where they can meet ducks, geese and swans. They are introduced to play with older dogs and learn how to interact with the members of our pack, we have seven in total! We aim to shape polite manners in the day to day life as a dog, especially what's acceptable to chew in the house!
When our puppies are 6-8 weeks old, we start recall training. Normally, we have family and people of all ages come to visit, which may be slightly difficult due to Covid restrictions. But, we do our best to introduce all sorts of clothing, accessories and different voices through the 'Sounds Sociable' soundtracks from The Dog's Trust . Additionally, as I am a veterinary professional, they're closely examined and handled, so that they become accustomed to a general physical exam. This means it’s a little less scary at their first vaccinations and we can closely monitor their health as they grow.
Above all, they are loved very much. We only ever breed when we would like to have a puppy to join our family, so we make sure they all grow into dogs that we are proud of.
